What: Do you wanna go to Capyberland? Aka Urashima tries to invite all of his friends on a trip but can't ask the BBS for reasons so he's doing it the old fashioned way... by visiting every temple he can until he finds the ones his friends are at.
Where: Miscellaneous temples around the Far Shore. We're temple hopping.

6 May, Afternoon
( A lot of things have happened in Urashima's first week here and even more has happened in the most recent days. It's all a little difficult to take in, especially when you've never really been prepared for how to handle life when things get complicated and weird. Maybe he used to know (spoilers, he didn't) but he doesn't remember how to anymore at all so the last few days had been a trial to figure out what worked best for him. He has no idea what he's doing (ever) and sometimes he feels something twisting in his stomach and something tight in his chest and it doesn't go away unless he runs around and does something he enjoys.

Most recently, it had been getting hopelessly lost in the Near Shore but now, for the first time in what feels like a long while, he has something he can do! Someone told him about an "amusement park" and with description like that, it has to be a lot of fun. Roxas had promised they could go together with all of their friends too. But he couldn't tell this "Sora" guy anything because it had to be a surprise for him. Okay, he can do that! He was going to make a BBS post and invite all of his friends but he doesn't need to to that if Sora will see!

So Urashima heads out and does things the old fashioned way, visiting each temple individually to see if any of his friends are around. This is his new adventure! )

8 May (morning)
( There's no way Urashima visited every temple in the Far Shore in a single afternoon. He'd meant to keep going the next day but Certain Things™ had happened and he'd opted to sulk stay at Roxas' temple instead. But just staying in one place miserably had brought back that same feeling in his stomach and chest and he couldn't stand to stay still any longer. He's gone back to temple hopping again, you can find him either outside or around various temples trying to find more friends to bother.

Regardless of the day you run into Urashima, you can find him, )

A. Outside a Temple
( Urashima is hovering right outside the entrance of a certain temple (probably yours). He's cautiously poking his head in to see if anyone might be working in a garden or training outside. Anyone he recognizes? Maybe you're someone he recognizes so he'll jump up and wave yelling, )

Hey!

( Or maybe you're someone he's never seen before in his life and he gasps, )

S-sorry!

B. Temple Grounds
( Or maybe (if its possible) he's actually managed to wander onto your temple grounds and he's learning that a lot of these places have defense mechanisms in place. Maybe he just feels and looks uncomfortable or he's running away from some sort of creature that protects the place.

Alternatively, he's managed to get by safely enough because he isn't here to cause trouble and he's gotten himself distracted by something really cool on the temple grounds. )

[It's not exactly working in a garden, but Davesprite is milling around outside Neith's temple, a somewhat morose look on his face. He's still feeling like a dick for not being there to save Hajime sooner two days ago, and he's trying to take his mind off it by praticing the already reflexive habit of sheathing and unsheathing the bright orange sword now stuck through his stomach.

At the sound of the call, he glances over, rearranging his face into something a little less upset-looking, and looks the guy over. It takes him a moment to recall the lost shinki he helped the other day, and he raises a hand in greeting.]

'Sup. I'm gonna assume you're not lost this time, but it's kinda hard to tell.

[minogame]

( Please let him watch you practice Davesprite because Urashima really loves sword practice. But he can't just hang around when he has other places to be and he smiles when he's acknowledged, )

That's right! ( He has no idea where he's going still but this time, it's okay. ) I was looking for you!

[Figuring moving a sword in and out of his stomach is probably a bit offputting for conversation, Davesprite stops the motion and glides over instead. It feels a little weird to have had someone looking for him, but he can't put his finger on why. Probably attributable to the general weird, depressive malaise he still doesn't really know the source of.

Not that he demonstrates that. Instead, he tips his head a little as if in attention, quirking a brow casually.]

Huh, didn't realise I was cultivating crowds of dedicated followers here. Don't leave me hanging trying to figure out what breathtakingly awesome reason prompted you to come find me.

[ How about a lion? Is a lion cool enough for you? Unfortunately, the minute said lion spots the poor guy, he's just going to make a b-line toward the intruder. Thankfully, it doesn't seem like he's going to attack... but he is stalking. Slowly. Very slowly. Making sure not to break eye contact.

Urashima, he figures, doesn't look that dangerous but one can never tell when it comes to shinki. After all, if it was a god that wanted to say hello, Bishamon would have let him know there was company.

But still. Best to make sure. So he's still approaching from the front. There's plenty of time to run if you don't feel like petting a kitty today. ]

( A lion is very cool and he's definitely intrigued for a good second until they make eye contact and it starts coming for him. Aaaah, what should he do? Should he run? Play dead? Stand his ground and assert his dominance?! He even tries to do a weird mix of all three, taking a step back and staying still while also bracing himself to hit the ground.

He's wasted entirely too much time struggling to come up with a plan of any sort and in the end, probably when it's too late to try to outrun a lion, he claps his hands together and bows his head low, )

Sorry, sorry, sorry, don't eat me, please!

8 May, B for Beware

[Aditi's temple is peaceful at first glance. A hill, a pleasant stream of holy water, a light breeze and chickens clucking as they peck at the grass and oh no that's not a chicken.

The most ferocious looking rooster Urashima has ever seen is staring the turtle boy down. He's missing feathers, an eye and there's a scar just above his beak. This rooster has been in wars. This rooster has seen things. Right now, he sees Urashima. With a fierce crow, he rushes forward at Urashima, murder in his eye.]

C for chicken

( It's a really wonderful temple and the chickens are really cute, he thinks, as he comes over to get a closer look. Wait a second, that definitely isn't a chicken and he freezes. It's just a rooster, he thinks, but god damn look at that rooster it looks like it's come from the depths of somewhere awful and is going to drag him down into it.

Urashima is afraid. He feels fear and he's slowly taking one step back and-- )

AAAAAAAAH!

( He shrieks and takes off running. He's fast because he's a lively kid but... among other lively children, he isn't exactly the fastest so this is a struggle. Leave turtle sword alone. )

I'm leaving, I'm leaving! ( Leave him alone! ) Heeeeeeeelp!

May 6! Hazel will join soon but first just Jae-Ha

[The temple where Jae-Ha stays is a big western looking mansion with his tiny excuse for a garden to the side of the porch. He's there in it now, watering some tomato plants when he spots Urashima and glances up and over to him. Jae-Ha isn't in his usual robes for once, instead in some more casual, modern clothing even with his hair tied back the same. He's still wearing those boots, though.]

My, what brings you here? I wasn't expecting a visitor. [He was just finishing up, so he sets the watering tin aside and stands, dusting off his pants.]

( It's fun to visit temples and try to guess which friend he might run into. Sometimes, he's really surprised but other times, things fit perfectly. Right now, he isn't expecting to see Jae-ha, though. It's definitely a surprise but not a bad one as he hurries over, smile bright, )

It's a surprise visit!

( For both of them. )

Heh heh, I'm here to see you, Mr. Jae-ha~!

[He's not working in a garden or training, but he is doing some cleaning.

There had been some customers in his god's temple, so it's been a bit busy, especially with training a few of the new employees.

What he wasn't expecting, however, was some guy to jump up. Izumo stops a bit, blinks and then looks a bit amused.]

That's quite alright. But may I ask what you're doing here?

( What an interesting temple... He really isn't expecting to be noticed by anyone here but there he is! Gettign someone's attention and, oh. )

Uhm... ( He turns his head around, looking around to see if any of the people here might be his friends. ) I was... looking for my friends.

( No one? No one. )

But I don't think anyone is here.

[Is it really a defense mechanism? Well, considering this big, surly water buffalo's attitude, anyone might think so.

When she (the buffalo) saw Urashima, probably looking at something else in Oya's Caribbean style villa-temple, she suddenly and loudly let out a bellow. Loud and bone-rattling bellows. Let's see how Urashima reacts?]

( WHY DOES THIS KEEP HAPPENING. He's never seen a place like this before and he's really fascinated by everything he sees until he hears a roar that shakes him to the core and he let's out a sad little yelp. Where did that even come from?! He covers his head, taking one step back then two then three more and yells, )

[Izuku's pretty sure he's never met the person right outside of his apartment building, but he's back from his jog, slowing to a stop once he's closer to Urashima.]

Were you looking for somebody?

( There's no way he's going to try to go into this building because recent luck says as soon as he goes in, he's going to be attacked by wild Pomeranians or something. Someone has to come out or go in eventually and-- yes, he knew it! Slow and steady wins the race. If you're just patient, things will happen!!! )

Hm? That's right!

( Was it obvious? He has a nice list of names and places to go but some of the names are still missing... )

I'm trying to find my friends... maybe you can help!

[Morning jogs tend to do a good job at keeping Sheryl focused, and this weekend is no exception. She may not look it with her determined expression, but the events that transpired a few days ago linger in the back of her mind like a rash that just wouldn't go away. Simply put, she wants to keep those thoughts at bay.

By the time she reaches her temple, her forehead slick with sweat, she notices a random guy standing outside the entrance. Her jogs slow down a little as she approaches him with a narrowed look in her eyes.]

I'm not taking visitors at this time! What are you doing here?

[minogame]

( Holding up his hands because oh no, he doesn't want to be a bother! He's a good kid. A good sword! And he'd never want to inconvenience anyone. )

Sorry, sorry! I was looking for my friends... but then I saw this place and it looked really pretty!

( From where he is, at least. )

[Zeno's temple had no real security measures -- he didn't need them -- but it did have a large golden statue of a dragon guarding its entrance. Someone must have misheard the order to prepare for the the Yellow Dragon. Or perhaps it had something to do with this "Hebe" they told him he truly was?

Either way, he was on his way back to the temple after one of his rambling wanderings and...]

It doesn't bite! [He laughs a little, at the curiosity on display.]

Zeno would put it out to pasture before it did something like that.

Uwah! ( He jumps when Zeno calls out because he was so enthralled by the dragon, he hadn't even noticed anyone around. A golden dragon, huh? Super cool. ) I-I know that!

( Look, he's cool too? Urashima huffs and tries to regain his composure, )

[Yusuke was actually just leaving his god's temple. He's not one to stay cooped up inside, not when there's things to do and see and people to annoy.

He's not expecting to see Urashima skulking about, being creepy. But hey, it's a friend! Something that he really can only say he is with kids Kurama doesn't count.]

Yo. What're you doing here?

( Wow he's not skulking! He's not being creepy! Look at this face... he's clearly a good spirit and if you help him, he'll grant three wishes and you'll live happily ever after. But after searching so many temples for the last day, he's surprised to actually run into someone that he's actually looking for. There's a half second where he clearly can't believe his eyes and then he breaks into a grin, )

Looking for you! ( And he's happy to see you, Yusuke!!! ) Is this where you live?

[If the door of Osiris' Palace didn't ward him off, then congratulations, you made it into a very large and lush garden area with a river. Hopefully Urashima won't think a open trapdoor in the ground is cool, even if it seems to beckon those close enough to enter. It's like a sirens song to those not of this temple, leading into a catacomb.

Which thankfully Urashima won't have to ever find out about as a large white bird with green tipped feathers walks in front of him. Odin tilts his head and chirps softly at the young man. This isn't a normal visitor! The chocobo has to lean down quite a bit to see Urashima's face to get a good look at him.]

Kweeeeh?

( But if he goes into the trapdoor, maybe he'll find a rare dagger surrounded by gold or something!! He knows better than to go poking his head into dangerous places but

1. That didn't stop him from entering this ominous temple and
2. He really can't help but be lured closer and closer to the door--

That is, until someone stops him. He's normally a pretty observant kid so seeing a large, white bird come at him from almost on where gives him a start and he places his hand over his chest. )

You scared me...!

( Because talking to animalsis totally normal. He looks up at the bird, leaning back some when it gets closer. Can he pet it... it looks cute. )

... Hey, do you live here...?

May 8; A; a million years late; makes up for it by starting things out with a bang hahaaaaa

[Urashima certainly has every reason to be surprised as he pops into her place because he'll meet the muzzle of her pistol as he does. She doesn't fire it but there's still an ominous click as the safety lock is flipped.

Don't mind her, the commander is just a bit trigger happy after the recent break in and with her still not at her best she's not taking chances.

But when she spots a mere kid at the end of the sight she lowers her aim just a little, training the gun on the floor.]

You might wanna try the doorbell next time.

( Screaming. He's actually screaming and he freezes, holding up both hands disarmingly in front of him. He doesn't know enough to know what that clicking sound is but all he knows is, there's a weapon in his face and an intimidating woman in front of him, )

Sorry! ( And really does sound sorry?! ) I didn't see one!

( AAAAH, even when she lowers the gun, he's still running on fear, )
