[Roxas, after a rather volatile and then super sappy ending to the night with Sora at Leo's place, decided to go home. He's been awol for three days after all. So he sends a message to all of his shinki, Kido, and Urashima, to meet him at his place two hours from when he sent the message, and to bring a small object that they'd be willing to part with. Hopefully Senri was at home because the bear can't use his phone.

When all the shinki plus Sora get there, there's food, drinks, and other things you'd find at a party (cards, board games, video games, movies). There's also blankets and pillows stacked up in a corner of the living room in case people didn't want to sleep in their rooms. You can enjoy the glow in the dark stars all over the ceiling when the lights go out! Roxas didn't feel like cooking so everything is store bought for once. He himself is sitting on the couch with a game controller in his hand. Seems he got a head start on everyone.

As you walk in, he looks over.]

Hey. Just grab whatever. Make sure to introduce yourself to everyone here if you don't know them. Whatever thing you brought is for Senri, else he won't remember you.

[And so he goes back to playing the game you can join him in. Or you can bug him to do something else with you.]

[Closed to Kido]

[Once Kido gets there, he pulls her aside. Making sure that no one sees them walking out, he leads her to a part of his temple that can't be seen from the house.]

[She follows without question, hands stuffed in her hoodie pocket. As much as she's been hiding herself away, it's nice to get out. She's absolutely miserable being alone.]

[He nods as he takes another look around them. There's just deer and guinefowl milling about. Peaceful as always.]

I promise. Like I said, it's up to you to tell him!

[He takes his phone out and shows her the character '恋'. Yes. It's a character for 'love'.] This is what I picked.

[She looks relieved for the whole half a second before he holds up the phone. And then there's an immediate flustering, face turning pink.]

W-what kind of a name is that?

[He doesn't see anything wrong with it. It'd be Renki. That's pretty, right?]

Raichi's here to eat all the food

[There's really no reason for Raichi to suspect that the message may be intended for gathering up a party (is it a group message? How's he supposed to figure that out? (even if it's obvious if it is or isn't (he's not sharp enough for this I'm sorry))) so it doesn't really occur to him that he might have any reason to spend the rest of his evening super anxious about being around a bunch of people

but hey what can you do?

For the most part, if left on his own, he'll simply grab a bunch of the snacks and seclude himself in a quiet corner, quietly watching. But, you know, this isn't really how you enjoy a party so that should make him a huge target for being dragged into shenanigans. Will he warm up to the idea of hanging out as the night goes on naturally? Absolutely not. But... at least he sticks around? Looking super shifty.

[Roxas just stops in front of Raichi, drinking his soda and giving his shink a flat look.]

.... are you going to sit here all day?

Raichi startles a tiny bit when Roxas speaks up, as if the other wasn't directly in front of him before that or anything. He answers with an eloquent;]

Sora comes up with a smile and holds out one of those Kit Kat bars.]

He's honestly not expecting anyone to come up to him, so when the treat is offered up, Raichi looks suitably surprised, then a little hesitant, but... since it's being offered, it should be fine to take it, right? Far be it from Raichi to turn down food ever.]

( Someone is watching Raichi grab a bunch of snacks all for himself. He's quiet at first, just observing, because the snacks are great so he can't blame someone for wanting to take more... but then he takes more and more and, )

But beyond looking taken off guard, Raichi doesn't seem too guilty, or anything. The food's being offered for free, why wouldn't he take a bunch, right?

There's a pretty uncomfortable pause between the question and Raichi's response, but after he collects himself enough, he answers with a very eloquent,] Kaha...! [Not helpful.] Yes? ['Always.']

[After a rather turbulent last few days Sora is more than happy to just be surrounded by good people and to hang out and he’s elated that Roxas decides this is how they’re going to do it. He’d been wanting to meet Roxas’ friends and shinki for a while!

He’d stopped at home to grab several things first before heading back to Roxas’ temple.

He comes through the door with an armful of snacks and treats. He drops a few boxes of hello panda cookies as he piles through the door but keeps going.

He might have also brought his dream eater, Wan, hope that’s okay? The blue fat cat pounces in behind him and boofs in excitement.]

I’m just gonna pile all this stuff on the counter! … We should bake something tonight!

[He’d been asked to bring something to give to Senri so he remembers him. Sora’s picked a seashell from the beach behind his temple. It’s a tiny white and pink one that should be a small enough trinket to keep. Whenever he finds Senri he’ll gift it to him.]

[Because how can you have parties with a bunch of new people and not supply some sort of social ice breaking game? Plus some of the answers that came out of this game can be pretty hilarious.

Sora has a ton of outrageous stories that happen to be true, so give him your best shot. He's led the most bizarre life.]

He grins happily at the affection. He's still reeling about the events of this morning so this is a little surprising but it's super welcome. He returns the kiss with his own still unable to control a faint blush.]

That's if you really wanna trust me with anything harder than baking twelve minute store bough cookie dough.

[His dream eater barks again and bounds up to Roxas to boop his leg. Sora picks him up to calm him down and the pet melts like jello in his arms.]

( So this is the Sora he's supposed to be keeping secret amusement park dates from. He's been looking forward to getting to know Sora but right now, there are more important things to address like this blue cat dog creature that looks adorably weird. )

( He's going to come get a closer look and its pretty obvious he wants to pet it but he won't do that without permission first (he's a good kid, see?). )

[Sora looks over his shoulder at the other boy and doesn't recognize them as one of Roxas' shinki. But he gives him a friendly smile anyway and turns, the boxes of treats still dangling dangerously from his arms.]

That's my Dream Eater!

[As if summoned, the chubby pet goes up to the other boy and starts to excitedly boof and wiggle. As if saying Hi! Hello! Pet me!

Sora laughs warmly. Then by process of elimination...]

You're Urashima, right? I'm Sora, that doofus is Wan.

Senri

Early-

[No, Senri couldn't really make heads or tails of the message about the party, but he did finally return home after a few days of increasingly despondent wandering.

But a very pleasant surprise was waiting. Roxas is back! That's good, because when Senri's little adventure didn't help him find his god, he began to wonder if he'd ever see him again.

Better keep an eye on him though. Just in case. He actually spends the first hour or so just doing that. Watching Roxas. Sorry. ]

Later-

[Once he's fairly sure that his god isn't going to suddenly vanish, he can turn his curious gaze to the rest of the party. Who are these people and why are they here? Also what are all these things Roxas brought with him? Senri is actually more curious about the board games than the video games.

Which may not be a good thing since he has already opened several of them and is probably going to mix up the pieces.]

Senri stop staring

[... like Roxas expected anything else. At least Senri was out of the way as Roxas got things ready. After things settled down, he walks over and hands Senri a cup of tea.]

Careful. It's hot, okay?

[Senri accepts the tea with a curious sniff. Oh, it smells sweet! The helpful advice is eagerly forgotten.

He winces as he burns his tongue. Yeah, maybe he should wait until it's less hot.]

[Sora spots Senri some time later and notices the shinki going through all the board games. Curious, he heads over.]

You gonna make one big mega super board game by putting all the pieces together?

[Sweet, he can be down for that. Sounds fun!]

[Senri shakes his head. That thought never even occurred to him. Mostly because he's not too sure what a board game is exactly. Also...]

( Urashima's been at the temple for awhile now so Senri's probably seen him but he's also a pretty active kid so most of his stay has been spent outside exploring both shores. When he sees Senri hovering around he board games, he'll come over and lean to get a better look at whatever mixed up game has caught Senri's attention, )
