What: Roxas is back home and getting sick of no one knowing each others names or faces in the house, so it's party time + attaining a new nora

[Roxas, after a rather volatile and then super sappy ending to the night with Sora at Leo's place, decided to go home. He's been awol for three days after all. So he sends a message to all of his shinki, Kido, and Urashima, to meet him at his place two hours from when he sent the message, and to bring a small object that they'd be willing to part with. Hopefully Senri was at home because the bear can't use his phone.

When all the shinki plus Sora get there, there's food, drinks, and other things you'd find at a party (cards, board games, video games, movies). There's also blankets and pillows stacked up in a corner of the living room in case people didn't want to sleep in their rooms. You can enjoy the glow in the dark stars all over the ceiling when the lights go out! Roxas didn't feel like cooking so everything is store bought for once. He himself is sitting on the couch with a game controller in his hand. Seems he got a head start on everyone.

As you walk in, he looks over.]

Hey. Just grab whatever. Make sure to introduce yourself to everyone here if you don't know them. Whatever thing you brought is for Senri, else he won't remember you.

[And so he goes back to playing the game you can join him in. Or you can bug him to do something else with you.]

[Closed to Kido]

[Once Kido gets there, he pulls her aside. Making sure that no one sees them walking out, he leads her to a part of his temple that can't be seen from the house.]

[Well getting messy is half the fun of cooking, isn't it?]

[He reach to grab some sauce jars and opens one up. Then a sparkle of playfulness gleams in his eye as he grabs some on his finger and rubs it on Roxas' cheek.

Marinara, barbecue sauce, Alfredo sauce, garlic butter, and a lot of other things. Or no sauce at all.

[Barbecue sauce is pretty good with cheese and tomatoes.

Roxas squeaks softly, staring at Sora.]

H-Hey! What was that for?

Thought you could use a little color on your cheeks.

[Sora shrugs nonchalantly but there is an obviously amused smile tugging on his lips. He's play flirting with you, Roxas.]

You better clean it off. I don't want a sticky cheek.

[Yes, but no one said Roxas was good at realizing flirting when it happens.]

Here I thought we could get into a food fight.

[He's just gonna keep on trucking and see if Roxas catches on. At least Sora will think it's funny. He leans in close and kisses Roxas' cheek right where the sauce is and then reaches up with that cloth to wipe the rest away.]

[Food fight? And waste precious ingredients- Okay. No, this isn't the cooking club. Roxas doesn't have to be mindful of the ingredients.

The kiss on the cheek makes him turn momentarily red. He was expecting to just have his cheek be cleaned with the cloth. Sora. You're going to spoil him with some of the unexpected affection.]

I don't think we have the right food for a food fight.

[Though he now he kind of has an idea of how to get Sora back... He dips his finger into the sauce jar and dabs Sora's lips before giving him a kiss. Will that stop the food fight before it starts?]

[It's not Sora's fault that his first kiss with Roxas made his crush skyrocket. He's going to try and sneak in all the unexpected affection that he can get.

His heart jumps in his chest when Roxas puts his finger on his lips and then he feels his own cheeks heat up when they kiss yet again. He smiles playfully into the kiss and shuts his eyes. It tastes like a weird mixture between Roxas and zesty sauce.

His mind definitely forgets about any pre-planned food fight.

When the kiss breaks he licks his lips and looks away.]

A-any food is good for food fights...!

[In the long run Roxas won't complain. It just reminds him every day that this was indeed love. Even if Sora never reciprocated that feeling, affection is affection.

He can't help but laugh softly when the kiss ends. Yup. Sora is cute.]

I know, but I think I'd rather eat it and not play with it.

[It's a little bit ironic that Roxas is the first to identify the growing feelings of love. Sora will realize it and catch up someday. Right now he's in a lot of oblivious bliss.

And gosh, he really likes this kissing thing. Still so much to learn.]

Alright, no food fights. [Sora relents, but with adding a small "today" playfully under his breath.]

[Having been in love before helps.

Roxas raises an eyebrow, but he'll pretend not to have heard that. He reaches up and ruffles Sora's hair affectionately.]

Good. Keep cutting stuff up. I'm checking on the dough.

[He attempts to fix his unruly spikes but to no avail. Pout.

He turns back to start cutting the ingredients and tries his best to be careful because Sora cooking and cutting things…………

He can do this! Be cool! Don’t mess up! Go fight win!

His cutting might result in strange sizes and shapes but give him points for trying.]

[There is no fixing that hair. Ever.

After checking on the dough, Roxas comes over and.... wow. He smiles softly, taking the knife and grabbing a mushroom.]

Don't be afraid of the knife, okay? [He demonstrates slowly by cutting the mushroom into even pieces, the knife always seemingly close enough to cut his fingers.] Like that.

[Until it calms down a least a little with KH3.

Don't judge him too much Roxas, he's trying! Sora needs someone with the patience of a saint to get him through cooking lessons.

But wow, he sweats a little. Those knife skills are good. He tries to take stock.]

I'm not afraid, it's just hard to get them all even like you do. [He tries again, shaky this time, as he tries to copy Roxas.]

[Maybe Sora needs an early haircut.

Well Roxas isn't a saint but he can be patient.] It takes practice.

[He takes some things that need to be cut and does it at a much faster pace before he notices Sora's hand shaking.]

Do you want me to finish this?

No! I can do it!

[Sora shakes his head, looking determined. No, he’s going to do this nice and right. He keeps his gaze on the mushrooms and with determination he continues. His tongue peeks out of his lips as he works diligently.

He’s not anywhere near as fast as Roxas is and his pieces still come out a little uneven. But hey, he didn’t cut himself!]

Fine.

[Just gonna watch him. Roxas can't help but think that Sora is being really cute about this. No, kisses and embarrassing Sora can come later.

As Sora finishes cutting Roxas checks the dough one last time. It looks good now.]

I'm gonna knead and roll out the dough.

[He glances at Roxas when he feels his gaze and feels his cheeks and ears heating up. Okay, he really wants to do this right.

He shoots Roxas a bright smile when he's done.]

Done! How long does it take to bake after we put it all together?

[Trying to impress him again?]

About thirty minutes since it's fresh dough.

[Gonna go wash his hands so there's no residue and then flour the counter. Kneading the dough is next.]

Aki told me not to knead it too much, but just enough where it's still soft but not too soft?

Great, that's not long. I'm getting hungry.

[He bounces a little.]

[You are so weird. It's pretty hard to impress this blond with all the stuff he's seen over the past year and a half.]

[Nodding, the dough gets split in half and one part set to the side. Now one gets rolled into a ball before getting the rolling pin treatment.]

She was the president. I took over with Ren after she left.
