[Because Izumo who flirts and is usually so composed enough that he gets along somewhat fairly well with everyone, doesn't have anyone he wants to walk with it.

So he smiles, softer now.]

[ Please note the look of confusion on his face. Izumo didn't have anyone he wanted to walk with? But... he's so charming and composed.

[ Bandou's actually not really sure wtf he's doing. Just that he suddenly wants to try and cross the bridge. And wants to do it with Eno. And... okay Eno's leaning on him and...why was he angry again? ]

[ Even after just a few steps onto the bridge, he suddenly feels warm and calm. ]

Yeah. It's a little hard to say when they up and disappear but one thing's certain: where there's newbies, there's bound to be a new assignment.

[ At least that's what he's experienced. But yeah, this definitely isn't a topic he wants to dwell on for too long. After all, this is a festival. The last thing he wants to do is bring the mood down.

Especially around someone like Demyx.

And predictably, he's just as enthusiastic as ever. Once his arm is linked though, he just feels his ears burning all over again. The crowd's around them and he finds himself stepping in closer against the other man's side, almost resting his head against his shoulder. ]

[ He could try to bring the mood down if he wanted to, sure; but it wouldn’t stay there. Demyx is simply too carefree for that. (Or harebrained. Whichever.) Eno is quieter, but not annoyed by the other’s exuberance, (which, if the Nobody ever remembers, he’ll surely recognize is rare).

In previous encounters, he’s only ever ultimately failed to get Eno to join him on “adventures” -- and granted, this is only crossing a bridge, but still. Point is he’s not dragging the other with him, like he half-expected to have to, even given the exuded willingness. Furthermore, there’s even a press inward toward him, though Demyx arguably doesn’t notice it until he feels that head nearly... against his shoulder? Apparently.

Wow... no one’s ever gotten close to him like this before, (save for maybe Sakon when they were both pretty blitzed; but this is definitely different). He’d be lying if he said he knew what to do, how to respond; but for once, he’s comfortable with that. With this. Demyx is very, very comfortable with this -- including the way his cheeks feel warm all of a sudden. It’s almost kind of a rush, isn’t it? Not too unlike playing guitar is, for him. ]

Awesome! Just follow me...!

[ Though they’re kinda squashed in like sardines with all these people around. It’s gonna be tough to navigate the crowds as a unit like this, but Demyx wants to see the sights with Eno, so...

He’ll casually, almost thoughtlessly transition from arm-in-arm to hand-in-hand, guiding the other man through the congregation to an open spot he spies on the bridge. ]

[ He'd done it just so he doesn't get accidentally swept away by the crowd and he's thinking of pulling away when he notices what kind of compromising position he's in. But then again, Demyx doesn't seem to mind so... maybe he'll stay there for a while only straightening up as they walk.
It's a pretty thick crowd after all, despite what the bridge is like. So he's relieved to find a nice looser spot for them to hang out on. ]
