Because I realize you're just a dream
Who: Hitsugaya and YOU
When: August 31 - September 5
What: Catchall, basically. (Adult Hitsugaya, fire-related things, and headaches)
Where: Far Shore and Near Shore.
Warnings: None at the moment
[A. Bankai Training a.k.a Introduction of Adult Hitsugaya]
[It’s not an unfamiliar sight to see someone training, especially anyone who bothers coming to the forest near Kuraokami’s temple. What is an unfamiliar sight, however, would be what would appear to be an older version of Hitsugaya.
He’s in the sky, training with his sword. Bits of ice and snow appear with his movements, causing him to frown a bit as he reins in his reiatsu enough to ensure he doesn’t end up freezing the moisture in the air. Swinging his sword to the side, an ice dragon flows out from the tip and circles overhead before it disperses in the air.
He watches it disappear, sighing and rubbing the back of his neck before he decides to land.]
[B. Investigations]
i. Yamada Department Store
[After hearing about the department fire, Toushirou doesn’t really waste too much time checking it out.
The remains of the building stood out to him as he approaches it. There’s some faint look of wonder on his face, wondering just how bad the fire could have gotten this bad. It makes him frown, peering up at it before he slips inside the burnt department store.
People are free to join or prevent him from doing so.]
ii. Lava
[He would have initially missed the lava - the hot weather was already beginning to take a toll on him - but it was the smell of sulfur that managed to catch his attention.
So, Toushirou is looking in the direction of where he could practically feel the sudden increase in the temperature, expression somewhat annoyed. He breathes out, a hand coming up to cover his face.]
Now there’s lava?
[C. Headache-Induced]
[Now here’s an odd sight.
Anyone who knows Toushirou would be surprised to see him either sleeping under a shaded tree or leaning against it, eyebrows scrunched up together as if in pain. There doesn’t seem to be anything wrong, but at the same time, he pinches the bridge of his nose as if warding off a headache.
A teal eye soon glances over when someone approaches, but then soon closes.]
What? [His tone is wary, a bit on edge.]

[Even if Grell might have already had an idea.]
A week or so. [It's either the last day of August or early September, so probably close to two weeks if Botan's been out since the 18th.]

[ It's very possible that her phone has several notifications and messages from Grell, wondering what was going on. Yet 'oh dear' is her first reaction, for some reason. ]
I never thought I'd be out for that long. That must be why things seemed a bit different...
[ And why she felt like she had overslept, really. Whoops. ]

[Enough where Botan may or may not have sensed the presence of someone new in Hitsugaya's temple and someone gone.]

[ Botan liked using those chances to practice and see what kind of people showed up.
At this point, Botan can't tell if the person she's sensing is still Yosuke and something was going on, or another person completely. Hitsugaya was easy to point out with energy just because he was different and had different 'levels' compared to the other reapers. ]
Mm, my phone's still by the bed, so I'll get to that in a bit.

[As if he's just trying to clarify for her.
From his own senses, however, he is able to make sure that she's actually a lot better. There was still the faint presence of that artifact, but nothing that warrants too much concern from him.]

[ Humans with extra 'natural' abilities really were similar to her. until she got to know them very well.
Botan was definitely more stable now, and while it'll take a bit before her body readjusts to hiding the artifact's energy, she's not about to pass out for a few weeks again. Though it may be sign that she was never meant to hold it in her for very long.
Which meant figuring out what to do about it. ]
A shame about Yosuke, though.

[He's a bit curious actually. He still doesn't know what to think about his new shinki.
Either way, trying to figure out what to do about the artifact does come first. He's not sure how it'd be if it finally came out and someone found it.
He shrugs a bit.]
It's sad, but I'll admit I never got too attached to him. At least he might be off in a better world.

[ The presence, despite all of that, was completely different. Well, maybe not completely, but enough that something seemed strange about it. If she had a chance to know them both, whomever this new shinki was, she could probably tell them apart. ]

I've yet to form a proper opinion on him, but he's a bit similar to Hanamura. Right now, he does seem to be a dependable person.

That made sense. No matter how long I've been asleep, it wouldn't have been more than a week since you and this new shinki have met. Hopefully you hold onto this one longer, hm?
