Who: Leo and Niles
When: Evening of November 5th
Where: Near Shore, a bar somewhere
What: Rowdy patrons need to be controlled! Unleash the Niles!

[Leo settles in at the table he and Niles had claimed when they got to the bar, ready for a long night of keeping people from getting too drunk.]

We can do this one of two ways. Make them so uncomfortable they leave sober or turn the alcohol into something...less. Or we could do both. Thoughts?

I mean... we know which one I'll be better at.

[He takes a sip of water.]

But nothing saying we can't do both... might be easier.

[brynwieldr]

I handle the new arrivals, you handle the ones already here?

[deniles]

You certainly do want to give me the easier work, yes?

[But he won't complain. How could he? There was too much fun to be had!]

[brynwieldr]

You don't know how to turn wine into water and I'm not in a relationship where I feel comfortable flirting wildly with people not my boyfriend.

I'm not good at flirting wildly with people who are boyfriend, anyway.

[deniles]

You know, considering that Zoro nearly left my ass for going too far last time, you think this is still a safe choice?

[Then again it is for work. And he's not taking anyone's clothes off.]

If Zoro takes offense to it, let me speak to him. And you could have just let that comment go, you didn't need to add to it.

[deniles]

I left him a note. It'll be fine. Again, work, not pleasure.

[He pauses for a moment.]

[Leo sighs.]

Why are you like this...

[deniles]

Oh, you know. This and that.

[brynwieldr]

Mhm. Go find someone to flirt with, act like you and I are looking for a third if all else fails.

[He makes a shooing motion. He's not really annoyed, it's just how they are.]

Ass.

[deniles]

Bossy bossy bossy.

[But he laughs as he starts going around the bar. Immediately as he opens his mouth, people start standing up to leave. Apparently not wanting to stick around for the Niles show. Who keeps running his mouth and saying really disturbing shit.

Leo can hear bits and pieces, and pretty sure the word 'knife' is used more times that Niles has ever said it in his life.]

[brynwieldr]

[He actually starts to keep count as he casually starts to lower the alcohol level of various drinks. Some of them he can tell are probably going to be fine without his intervention, but if they're loud already....well.]

[deniles]

[The loud ones are the ones Niles easily takes care of. That is his specialty after all. There are a few that seem to get freaked out easily, but there are some that stay and even flirt back.

This? This is a nightmare.]

[brynwieldr]

[Well, that's not going well at all. When Leo sees that some of the people are staying and flirting back, he wipes the curse he was working away and starts to curse those particularly stubborn ones with stomach troubles.

Almost all of them run to the bathroom moments later.]

[deniles]

[Niles sighs and looks to Leo, walking up to him and shaking his head.]

This is going about as well as could be expected... why not make a tree appear in here and call it a day?

[brynwieldr]

Because we don't want to ruin the man's business.

[He sighs.]

Still, this isn't going very well...

[deniles]

...We could hit the people with a book.

[deniles]

...Anyways, let's hit people with a book.

[brynwieldr]

Niles, unless they are an ayakashi I am not hitting people with Brynhildr.

[deniles]

But if we hit them with Brynhildr, we'll find out for sure if they are one or not.

[brynwieldr]

No, only if I hit them with you. Brynhildr'll just annoy people.

[deniles]

[Leo freezes and glances out the window.]

[He pauses... and then grumbles.]
