Susano'o Trashes Heaven
Who: Sho Minamimoto vs. Everyone!
What: Susano'o decides to take on Heaven. Chaos results.
When: All day April 19
Where: All around the Heavens
Summary: In a bid to take over Heaven, Sho has unleashed an apocalyptic number of taboo ayakashi the biggest Heaven-wrecking godmode weapon this side of the Far Shore. It doesn't end well. Get ready for spring cleaning 2.0.
Warnings: Math, strong language, casual disembowelment and other violence, NPC death, potential for character death.
12:00:00 PM
Susano'o, Selfies, and the Subjugation of Heaven
As he'd revealed in his 3 AM BBS post, Sho has a variety of fascinating ayakashi that he wants to share with the world. By noon, several large heaps located in various parts of Heaven have caught on fire and there is a massive outpouring of taboo ayakashi.
Concentrated primarily near the Meeting Hall and Susano'o's junk heap of a temple, these ayakashi attack shinki and gods on sight. They're vicious, powerful, and the only way to defeat them is the power of teamwork.
At 2 PM, Joshua will be providing some helpful tips. Meanwhile, Sho will be teleport-spamming throughout Heaven. Feel free to text him, but he'll stop answering right around the time Bishamon and Hajime start to catch up to him. (Picowatt will be helping out from there on!)
Save Heaven 2K16? (Details here!)

Boss Fight: Seiten Taisei and the Neoclassical Drakes
It's the zero hour, exactly 43,200 seconds since he posted his warning to the BBS when Sho decides to change the game. Heaven has rallied against him, gods and shinki alike, and it's time to pull out the big guns.
In the air above the Meeting Hall, he unleashes thirteen Neoclassical Drakes before releasing Seiten Taisei.
And, suddenly, it's entrails everywhere.
??:??:??
Post-Battle Spring Cleaning
Well, the day is saved, but there's a metric ton left to do. The mass slaughter left a bit of a bloody mess, and Susano'o has shrines on the Near Shore covered in graffiti that can turn any stray ayakashi into the taboo sort. Weird and corrupt magics all over the place, some of which are on fire. His junkyard temple is burning merrily, and there are still some stray taboo ayakashi to put down.
Anyone ready for Spring Cleaning 2.0? Grab a mop.

[Then, it charged, tail whipping, horned head bowed-]
[She barely realized she'd gone flying, at first, until she skidded painfully against the ground. She let out a painful wheeze, reaching for her arm, which flared painfully which she put pressure on it - it immediately occurred to her she'd gotten lucky that thing only clipped her.
[As the dragon continued to charge, she coughed and called]
Get down!
no subject
[Forrest cries out as he sees her flying back from the attack. Rushing to her side and keeping his profile low, he holds his staff aloft and casts a healing spell over her.]
Are you all right?
no subject
[The words were automatic, even before the healing spell went over her. Her arm tingled and flushed as internal skin reknit and blood vessels returned to normal. The dragon was still flying around though, tail whipping as it did, and she rolled up and pulled Forrest to cover with her.]
We need a plan. Someone on the BBS said you can only do damage if you're attacking it with someone simultaneously. However, that thing hits like a train on top of the spikes and fire.

Just as long as we're striking it at the same time. Do you feel like we need a signal or do you feel like we can keep pace?
[It was a tricker thought than it seemed. Psyche at least knew she was a pretty quick hitter but things like fireballs had their own pace, especially when the two would have to be on different sides.]
no subject
[Forrest does have the empathic link with Psyche, after all. It's only one way, but it should be enough for him to time his attacks with hers.]
Remember, the most important thing is to stay safe.

[She pushed herself up, edging herself around the corner. The dragon was still flying, firing orbs that decimated the grounds and whatever was unfortunately enough to get in its way. Fortunately, even heavens' rubble was sturdy enough to take a little beating.]
Stick behind cover when possible. Even if it fires back, that should buy some time to move to a new spot. I'll also do my best to keep it away from your position.
[He was the healer, after all.]
no subject
[Forrest moves to take cover around the side of a building, pulling out his tome and getting ready for the first strike.]

[She continued eyeing the dragon's movements from around the corner. She waited for several long moments, watching as its bladed tail and claws raked into its surroundings...
[Then, as its flight turned its back to their direction, she ran. She darted out across the open space, a blast of energy (fear, anxiety, worry) forming around her hand. She waited until she was almost at the next bit of cover - a broken ornate pillar - and fired a long shockwave at the creature. She didn't watch for Forrest's attack or the effect of their attack until she was behind the pillar.]
no subject
It's working! Keep it up!
[Forrest follows that first spell up with another, trusting Psyche's quick reflexes will enable her to capitalize on the opportunity as well. After this, though, they're going to need to take cover and wait for another opening. Slow and cautious will win the day against an opponent this large.]
no subject
[It was now facing their direction, however. Its eyes whipped around and the ground shook as it screamed. Both Psyche and Forrest were out of sight for the moment but the dragon didn't let it stop it. Its head reared back and more fiery orbs attacked it surroundings as it continued approached, searching...
[Psyche held her breath. They both needed new cover fast but if they moved now, they'd likely be giving themselves away. However, the dragon was getting closer...]

[However, though the dragon's head continued to search, sniffing the air with a rumbling growl, the dragon didn't wholly focus its attention away. Instead, it flew up higher and higher, firing orbs at a wider area. Psyche felt her heart stuttering in her chest as she felt a an orb hit nearby, shaking the ground and the wall. If they could just ground the thing...
[She looked for Forrest. When she found him, she'd mouth: 'we need to hit the wing']

[The dragon's wing shook under the assault but remained strong...for a few seconds, at least. The dragon hissed and screamed and tried flying higher, trying to whirl back, but the effort was what undid it. Its wing bent under its weight and the dragon's flight dove, bringing it close the ground. As it did, its roars resulted in dark fire - hotter and more widespread and wild compared the orbs - shooting at around their area.
[However, the dragon was so close to falling. A few more shots and it wouldn't be able to fly at all. Psyche shot a meaningful look over to Forrest before pivoting out from her hiding spot, both to draw the dragon's attention and to get a better shot. As the dragon and fire turned her way, she fired multiple shots near the wing, hoping Forrest's fire would match at least some of them.]

One more shot...!
[He catches that look and runs out to the battlefield to join Psyche, wanting to stay close in case she's hurt during this latest gambit. He begins chanting his spell before she even begins her own attack, shooting blasts of flame rapid-fire in hopes that they can bring the great beast low. Once it's crashed to the ground, they'll deliver the final blow with rend.]
no subject
[Psyche choked and coughed - it was so hot and suffocating she could barely breath for a moment. Then, she was crying out as licks of flame and the heat seared through her jacket and jeans, forcing her to rapidly stumble back and swat at her jacket before she smoked up. Her eyes watered as she tried looking around, for both Forrest and for the dragon.
[She didn't see the impact but she knew it happened when the dragon's piercing cries became high, wounded sounds. It's wing crumbled out from under it and it finally smashed into the ground with an earth shattering impact. Its remaining wing and tail whipped out around it, smashing and shattering anything that came near it, but its thrashes were a last ditch effort now. One final shot and it'd be gone. Around a cough, she called]
F-Forrest-call me!
no subject
Hyouki, to me!
no subject
[However, she grit down and focused. The dragon was still there, thrashing and biting, and its eyes locked on Forrest. Its eyes were downright hateful as it flapped its one good wing and reared back its head, black fire forming around its mouth as it prepared to fire at them again. The ribbons would stir and lengthen in response]
Quick! We might be able to stop it before it gets off the shot]
no subject
Rend!
no subject
[Then, as the dragon lowered its head and fire began jetting out, the ribbons cracked through the air like a whip. They struck the dragon's throat and squeezed. Flames and smoke struggled and choked under the pressure of the assault. The dragon roared and thrashed, pulling this way and that, but the ribbons would continue to constrict and then, in a flash of red light, the ribbons would burn their way through its neck plates.
[There was a horrible, piercing noise for its mangled throat which went for a long moment...before the dragon finally, finally went limp.]
no subject
...Psyche.
no subject
Are you okay? Can you still move?
[Despite the concern, her voice has an...odd note to it. She sounded slightly more detached than she did after the fight with the blob. Likewise, her eyes don't quite seem to have the same gleam liveliness as before. Distantly, she thought she might've used more of her power in that fight than she intended to.]
no subject
[It's not hard to notice the change in her voice, and it's got Forrest concerned as he looks her over.]
...But what about you? Do you need healing?
[He's already starting in on that, staff at the ready.]
no subject
[The words came, almost automatically. However, her physically state belies that. Still, a flicker of gratitude appears in her eyes at the offer and the movement of the staff before she says, with a bit more emotion]
It's some burns mostly. We can take care of it once we're behind some more cover and have a chance to catch our breaths.
[After all, based on the sounds going on, there was still a lot more ayakashi and probably some dragons running around.]
